Slender Wonder Shop Terms and Conditions

By purchasing via the Slender Wonder Shop, you agree to be legally bound and to abide by these SW Shop Terms. We reserve the right to change, suspend, or discontinue any aspects of the Slender Wonder Shop at any time, without prior notice. We sell and ship SW Products on the Slender Wonder Shop to end user customers and such items are not available for resale. Unless we indicate otherwise, by placing an order for products (“SW Products”) offered currently or in the future via the Slender Wonder Shop available on our Website (the “Slender Wonder Shop”), you are agreeing to these terms and conditions (“SW Shop Terms”). The SW Shop Terms are additional terms that supplement and should be read in conjunction with the Privacy Policy that governs your use of this Website. When you place an order through the online Slender Wonder Shop, you are ordering from Slender Wonder Limited (UK) an affiliate of S Wonder Pty Ltd (South Africa). We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of these SW Shop Terms at any time. You should check these SW Shop Terms periodically for changes. By placing an order through the Slender Wonder Shop after we post any changes to the SW Shop Terms, you agree to accept those changes, whether or not you have reviewed them. If you do not agree to these SW Shop Terms, you should not purchase from our Slender Wonder Shop. For the avoidance of doubt, these SW Shop Terms do not apply to your purchase of any of the SW Products from one of our approved Medical Professionals listed on our Slender Wonder website (slenderwonder.co.uk).

SW Product Description

We attempt to be as accurate as possible in our SW Product descriptions. However, we do not warrant that SW Product descriptions or other content of the Slender Wonder Shop is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Occasionally there may be information in the Slender Wonder Shop that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to SW Product descriptions, pricing, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have placed your order).

Pricing

The prices of SW Products are subject to change at any time without notice. Currently no VAT is charged on our Shop Products but this may change in the future. We cannot confirm the price of an item until your purchase is complete. On rare occasions, an item may be priced incorrectly in the Slender Wonder Shop. If the price for the item in the Slender Wonder Shop is incorrect and is higher or lower than the price provided at the time you had placed your order, we may in our sole discretion inform you of the correct price and give you the option to order the item at the correct price, or we may cancel the order for such item and notify you of such cancellation. Please note we do not issue VAT invoices with your receipt.

Product Availability

The availability of SW Products is subject to change at any time without notice. In the event that any goods ordered are not available, we will notify you of a delay or cancellation of all or part of your order.

Placement and Acceptance of Your Order

When you enter your credit or debit card information and place your order, we will begin processing payment and you will be given an order number. You will also receive an email acknowledging that your order has been received. We will send you another email to notify you when your order has been dispatched The information about the SW Products (including descriptions, quantities and price) does not represent an offer by us to sell the products on that basis. We are inviting you to make us an offer to purchase our products. Additionally your receipt of an electronic or other form of order acknowledgment does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of an offer to sell. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason and/or to limit quantities on any order, without giving any reason or prior notice. You will be notified of our acceptance when your order has been dispatched.

Delivery

All orders placed via the Slender Wonder Shop are subject to product availability and will be shipped to a valid address within the United Kingdom only, according to our delivery options as stated below. Delivery prices include delivery and handling charges. Please review Delivery Options & Rates (below) for additional information on delivery times, rates and policies. Delivery is not available to addresses in Northern Ireland or the Channel Islands.

Delivery Options & Rates

Standard Delivery: If you place your order by 1pm on a Business Day, you should receive your delivery within 2-4 Business Days from the date of order. Standard Delivery is free of charge. Express Delivery: If you place your order by 1pm on a Business Day, you should receive your delivery within 1-2 Business Days from the date of order. A delivery fee of £7.00 is charged for Express Delivery. We are not able to accommodate specific time slot delivery at this time. Please leave additional delivery instructions during the checkout process for where to leave your parcel should you not be available to receive the delivery. Slender Wonder Limited is not liable for the security of products once delivered. Business Days: Monday – Friday, excluding Bank Holidays within the United Kingdom – Delivery and handling rates are calculated based on the value of the order being placed. Please refer to the rate chart below for delivery rates.

Right to Cancel

We endeavour to ship items to you quickly, and as a result, after you place an order via the Slender Wonder Shop we will not be able to stop your order from being processed. However, in accordance with your statutory rights, you have the right to cancel (for any reason) the contract for the purchase of an item where they have been unsealed, within 14 days from the day on which you or a third party indicated by you receives the goods purchased. You can request a cancellation by contacting Slender Wonder within the 14 day cancellation period by email to [email protected] . The goods should be returned to Slender Wonder by following the instructions that will be communicated to you upon receipt of your cancellation request. We shall arrange for the amount that you have paid for the goods, including delivery charges, to be returned to you as soon as possible but in any event within 14 days from the day on which we receive the goods back from you. In addition to your statutory rights the following returns policy relating to items purchased from our Slender Wonder Shop applies.

Return and Refund Policy

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive damaged or defective items, we will either re-deliver your order at no charge to you, or provide a full refund of your purchase price, including the delivery and handling charges on your original order. You will need to contact us within (and including) 30 calendar days of receiving the item indicating whether you want a replacement item or a refund. In either event please contact Slender Wonder as set forth below under Contact Us. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Return

If you decide to return an item, please follow the instructions communicated to you when you request a cancellation of your order by email.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your selected bank account. You will receive the credit within 3 days of the returns approval.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall our total liability to you for all damages, losses and causes of action (whether in contract, tort (including, but not limited to, negligence) or otherwise) exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for the SW Products. If you are dissatisfied with any portion of the SW Products, or with any other provision of these terms and conditions, your sole and exclusive remedy is to return the SW Products in accordance with our Returns Policy below.

You are entitled to your statutory rights.
